HIU Service Checklist
Our HIU servicing helps keep your Heat Interface Unit (HIU) efficient, reliable and safe, and can reduce the risk of breakdowns and high heating and hot water bills. We carry out HIU service in London across communal and district heating systems using a structured checklist, and we provide clear findings and recommendations after every visit.
Typical checks include:

Filter/strainer cleaning (primary and heating return)

Visual inspection for leaks, corrosion and signs of wear

Performance checks for hot water and heating delivery

Primary and secondary temperature readings (including DHW temperature stability)

Block HIU servicing and combined HIU + MVHR servicing
We offer discounted pricing for block HIU servicing and planned maintenance programmes. For buildings with MVHR systems, we can also provide combined HIU and MVHR servicing at a reduced cost by coordinating visits and reporting in one schedule.
