No hidden surprises
At R&B London HIU Engineers, we believe pricing should be clear, fair, and fully transparent. Our structure is simple: fixed-price HIU servicing and hourly-rate repairs with a minimum one-hour charge per visit. London servicing comes with real operating costs, and HIUs and MVHRs require specialist knowledge. We are not a lowest-price contractor, but we also do not believe in inflated call-out fees or unnecessary add-ons.

Working Hours
These rates apply Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, excluding bank holidays.
Out of Hours
We also offer out-of-hours servicing and repairs if you cannot accommodate a weekday working-hours appointment.

We accept card payments, including American Express, and bank transfers for both homeowners and managing agents.
