HIU SERVICE LONDON

Both the primary flow strainer and heating return strainer will be cleaned during the service

The dpcv or picv will be calibrated to make sure they do not allow an excessive primary flow rate

We will set the heating and hot water thermostatic valves to meet to the current district heating return temperature standards

The expansion vessel looses pressure the same way a bike tyre loose it. We will re pressurise the expansion vessel while servicing the HIU

We will test the safety parts within the HIU and check the earth continuity

We will test and record primary, secondary and DHW temperatures to make sure you are not paying for any extra energy which you don’t need.Delta P will be also checked during this process

The pump will be set to the correct settings depending on the heating type (underfloor heating or radiators)

We will test the Functionality of all the parts within the HIU

If you have an electronic HIU then we will update the software if a newer vesion is available

The heat meter functionality will be checked to make sure it’s not defective
