Most manufacturer’s warranties are only upheld if your renewable technology is regularly maintained, which is why it is important to ensure your hot water cylinders are serviced frequently by qualified engineers.

Our annual service for hot water cylinders and thermal stores include: Inspecting for signs of wear or damage, checks to see if the correct manufacturer’s parts are fitted, testing the temperature and pressure relief valves, removing the line strainer and cleaning the filter, checking the pressure of the expansion vessel, setting the correct incoming water pressure and issue an annual service certificate. With thermal stores we will aslo check the functionality of the flow switch, pump and fill the cylinder to the level required by manufacturer, we will also add inhibitor if necessary. • Photos taken during the service

• Any faults identified, recommended actions and next steps

• Engineer name, date, and the recommended next service date

Block HIU servicing and combined HIU + MVHR servicing

We offer discounted pricing for block HIU servicing and planned maintenance programmes. For buildings with MVHR systems, we can also provide combined HIU and MVHR servicing at a reduced cost by coordinating visits and reporting in one schedule.
